Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his twenties was kidnapped at a pub in Crowthorne. 

At around 9.30 pm yesterday September 25, a man met with three people at the Prince Pub.

They all then left pub onto High Street and the victim was bundled into a vehicle.

The offenders drove with the victim in the vehicle for around 25 minutes before he managed to escape at Binfield Road in Wokingham.

The victim, who is in his twenties, sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment. 

The vehicle is described to be a Mitsubishi 4X4.

The offenders are described as a tall, white man, of medium build and around 30-years-old, a white man of slim build, with grade two hair and in his early twenties and a white man, of stocky build, in his mid-thirties, with a blonde beard.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Georgia Martin said: “I understand that this offence may cause concern in the community but we believe that the individuals involved are known to each other and that this was a targeted and isolated incident.

“We are investigating this as a priority and we believe there is no threat to the wider public.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have information or dash-cam, mobile phone or any other form of video footage that may assist our enquiries.
