TOP fine dining chef Adam Smith and the team at Coworth Park, Sunningdale, are celebrating a huge accolade after being awarded 5 AA rosettes at this year’s AA Hospitality Awards.
The impressive award places Woven by Adam Smith amongst just 16 other restaurants in the UK to hold five AA rosettes.
The AA Hospitality Awards celebrating excellence in the UK hospitality industry, recognising restaurants that deliver exceptional standards of food, service and hospitality. Awards vary from one AA rosette through to the top accolade of being awarded five AA rosettes.
Restaurants that achieve five AA rosettes are 'the pinnacle, where cooking compares with the best in the world', according to leadingrestaurants.co.uk
Adding: "These restaurants have highly individual voices, exhibit breath-taking culinary skills, and set standards to which others aspire to, yet few achieve."
Woven by Adam Smith opened at Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s luxury hotel near Ascot, in September 2022.
At Woven, Adam Smith’s menu promises 'a tapestry of familiar flavours reimagined in unexpected ways, combining the classics with modern touches and layers of personal experience'.
Adam rose through the ranks in the kitchens of The Ritz and The Devonshire Arms, before joining Coworth Park as executive chef in 2016. He has gained numerous awards along the way; amongst his proudest moments, winning the prestigious Roux Scholarship in 2012, being awarded Master of Culinary Arts in 2017, and earning a Michelin star for Woven by Adam Smith within just six months of opening.
On achieving 5 AA Rosettes, executive chef Adam Smith said: "Being awarded 5 AA Rosettes is a huge honour. Every day we strive to offer our guests the best possible experience, continually pushing ourselves in terms of creativity, precision, service, innovation, and most importantly, delicious cooking.

Woven by Adam Smith is open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch Friday to Sunday. The restaurant serves a set priced menu at £95pp for lunch and £165pp for dinner, with the experience starting with a selection of snacks ‘From The Pantry’, followed by a choice ‘From The Larder’, ‘From The Stove’ and ‘From The Pastry’, before concluding with a selection of sweet treats. A plant-based menu is also available. Wine pairing is offered at £75pp at lunch and £110pp at dinner.
