Police have released a photo of a man they wish to contact after a man sprayed cleaning product in a teenage woman's face after the man was refused service at a Tesco store in Bracknell.
Officers were called to the Tesco in Whitton Road at around 3.17pm on September 14 after a report of grievous bodily harm.
A man had been refused service at the shop - and he then picked up a cleaning product and sprayed it in the eye's of a teenage woman.
The victim sustained injuries and required hospital treatment but has been discharged, according to Thames Valley Police.
Now the force has released a picture of a man they wish to contact regarding the incident.
Investigation officer Scott McSweeney said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the person in the picture as they may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.
“If you have any information relating to this incident, please call 101 or report it online, quoting 43240442630.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
