A 52-year-old man has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car outside Bracknell Leisure Centre.
The incident took place just before 7 am on Wednesday, October 9 on Bagshot Road when another driver in a grey Jaguar I-Pace crossed the central reservation onto the opposite side of the duel carriageway.
The man who was driving a silver Citroen Berlingo van remains in hospital with a broken sternum and broken vertebrae.
Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the incident occur.
Investigating officer PC Paul Stott of the Roads Policing Unit said: “This collision occurred during the morning commuter traffic, therefore I am hopeful that there were witnesses to what happened.
“I’m appealing to anybody who was driving on Bagshot Road in Bracknell last Wednesday between 6.50am and 7am and who witnessed this collision to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“I would particularly like to hear from anybody who has dash-cam in their vehicles. Please check this, and contact us if it has captured the collision, or the moments leading up to it.

The News has contacted Bracknell Leisure Centre for further information. They said that they were unable to comment.
