With property prices soaring at the moment, it is difficult to decide where to buy a home of your own.
Many of us have a certain list of priorities on what a new place should consist of, many of them providing us with 'non-negotiable' aspects of a prospective house.

Among the need for a bigger kitchen, space for double beds, and a driveway, many of us want to have a nice spacious garden to relax in during the warmer months.
With that in mind, the most affordable areas in Windsor, Maidenhead, and Ascot to own a property with a garden space have been unveiled in a new study.
MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery have created the Garden Space Report which helped rank areas in Windsor, Maidenhead, and Ascot based on their home outdoor space, revealing the best areas to buy houses with a garden.
Top of the list in these areas is Cookham and Waltham.

According to Visit Thames, the Royal Manor of Cookham was held by the Crown until 1818, and today, although many changes have taken place, the village has made the most of its position.
It is now one of the most popular Thameside resorts with its many superb restaurants and inns, including Bel and the Dragon dating from 1417, and reputedly one of the oldest licensed houses in England!
The top five areas in Windsor, Maidenhead, and Ascot with the most private garden space are as follows:

MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery also have created the Garden Space Report which helped rank areas in Bracknell based on their home outdoor space, revealing the worst areas to buy houses with a garden.

Coming in at the top is Windsor Town and Eton, both of which have an average home garden space area of just 326,203, a measly amount compared to Cookham.
