A former Bracknell athletics star has moved home to open a specialist technology change and transformation recruitment business.
Adam Moore spent 10 years building his knowledge of technology change and transformation recruitment, readying himself for business ownership.
He is excited to make a mark on the recruitment industry with Morela in a place where he has so much personal history.
Morela will mainly focus on the change and transformation market, supporting technologies such as generative AI, ERP and other cloud-focused solutions with its recruitment services.
Adam spent his youth representing Berkshire in athletics.
He was a four times national champion for the 800ms and was awarded the ‘Pride of Bracknell’ award for his achievements in athletics.
He said: “I am delighted to be building my recruitment business in my hometown. I always planned to return to the area.
"With the recent rejuvenation project giving Bracknell an exciting new energy, the prospect of opening a business in the area created a huge sense of drive in me, that has pushed me to see this business come to fruition."
