A refill shop is teaming up with local businesses to run pop-up green cleaning workshops.
The workshops will take place across Reading and Woodley, starting on November 14.
Organised by Arborfill, an eco-shop and doorstep refill service in Reading, and Nature Works Wonders, an essential oils education provider, the workshops aim to tackle plastic waste and promote healthier living.
Re.loved Style studio in Beech Hill will host two workshops, on Thursday, November 14, at 7pm, and Sunday, November 24, at 2.30pm.
The Waterside pub in Woodley will host the third workshop on Thursday, November 21, at 10.45am.
Each workshop will last for 1.5 hours and will cover how to identify harmful toxins in the home and replace them with natural alternatives.
Participants will learn how to make their own cleaning products, providing a healthier and cost-effective solution.
Carly Tillyer from Arborfill said: "People are becoming more aware of the toxins being brought into their home and want to do something about but not sure how.
"Our workshops will help them on this journey in a really fun, social way.
"We're really excited to run these workshops to help people ditch the chemicals and switch to cleaning with natural ingredients."
Each participant will make three 'green cleaning' products to take home, including foaming handwash and a multi-purpose cleaner.
Tickets cost £25 per person.
