Pupils from a Wokingham primary school were surprised to get a visit from the Prime Minister during their trip to Downing Street.
All Saints Primary School was asked to be involved in a day led by GoHenry who organised a ‘Dragons Den’ style activity.
Several year five students were given a lesson in entrepreneurship whilst at the event in Downing Street.
Wokingham Borough Council boasted of their special day on social media showcasing photos of Kier Starmer, teachers and pupils.
A spokesperson from the council said: “There was a SURPRISE for pupils as a familiar face joined their lesson.
“Year 5 pupils from All Saints Primary School in Wokingham were at Downing Street taking part in 'Lessons in 10' when Keir Starmer dropped in to say hello the first time since he has been PM that he has joined the lessons.”
